Our story

He Chose to be known by his first letter. KOPPA is the story of an unknown man, lost for ages, searching for salvation and struggling to reach his childhood dream of becoming a chef. He was determined to pursue this dream and share his gastronomy experiences anonymously with others. He devoted himself to give even with little to share. He wanted to transcend his legacy to communicate only through his dishes, without barrier of language or time.
